Official LACCD Transcripts

In 2017, LACCD transitioned from nine higher specific transcripts to a single district transcript for all ix colleges. If y'all attended ane or more LACCD Colleges since 1974 and beyond, all courses will appear on one transcript. Delight identify the transcript society at the final LACCD College y'all attended. If you completed courses at other LACCD colleges. The LACCD transcript will reflect both credit and noncredit courses completed at any of the nine LACCD Colleges.
The LACCD consists of the following ix California Customs Colleges:

Eastward Los Angeles College (ELAC)
Los Angeles Harbor Higher (LAHC)
Los Angeles Mission College (LAMC)
Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC)

Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC)
West Los Angeles College (WLAC)

Asking a Transcript Online (Preferred Method)

To request a transcript online, yous must pay the transcript fee using a credit or debit card. As of Dec i, 2020, LACCD will use Parchment transcript ordering service. The Parchment transcript ordering service charges a $2.75 convenience fee to process an online order. Transcript processing time is 10 concern days.

To order transcript through Parchment website:

Visit the Parchment website.
If you have never used Parchment ordering service before, click on New Learner Account.
If you have used Parchment ordering service before, click on the Existing User Account.
If you are a third party ordering on behalf of the student, click on New Tertiary Party Business relationship.

Log on to the student portal .
Click on "Academic Records"
Click on "Official Transcript Requests"

Request a Transcript by Mail

To request your transcript by post, download the Transcript Request Form .
Alternatively, you may send a written asking, with the following information (print clearly):

Name

Social Security Number and/or college assigned ID number
Mail service all transcript requests to: College concrete address
